Your apparent high regard for the EBR GOP and the value of their political endorsements is in and of itself disturbing. That group is a bunch of looney tunes.
With all her money and BR blue blood establishment connections, I can't imagine how poor Myers responses to Woody and his crew must have been for them to refuse to endorse her.

Disagree, he only lost by 2 votes a year ago. Definitely has a chance.

Well that's a red flag if there ever was one.
FWIW - Tony pissed off the entirety of the Plaintiffs' bar when he endorsed David Vitter for Governor.
ETA - he also directly told me one time that he didn't really like Obama.
Dude is an enigma.

I am probably going to vote for the dude vs the former Democrat man looking chick.
I hate candidates that are democrats and then change parties to appeal to the majority of the people in their district. They still have democratic views with an R by their name.
As far as Roe vs Wade, wouldn’t someone running for judge know the Supreme Court left it up to the states.
This is a state issue not a federal issue.

Of course Faircloth can win. Needs to turn out conservatives and people that are sick and tired of establishment BS.

Was she a Republican 5 years ago? If she was a Democrat, why did she change to Republican? Did her views change, or was it a ploy to get elected in a conservative district? Did she vote for Donald Trump in 2016 or 2020? If not, did she vote for Hillary or Biden? Third party candidate? Would she throw out the charges brought by Alvin Bragg against Trump? In the past 10 years, has she ever donated to a Democrat?
All very good questions that I doubt Myers will ever answer publicly

Fact is, when it comes to criminal prosecutorial experience, there is no comparison between their records. It’s why three current or former DAs have endorsed Louise.
Imagine thinking that being endorsed by past and current DAs in one of the highest crime areas in the US is a good thing. IMO anyone that thinks that is a positive (so much so that they advise it) isn’t qualified to be a judge bc they clearly cannot think logically.

I don’t know a damn thing about Hines Myers other than I see a lot of her yard signs.
I do know that Faircloth is a great human and I trust his judgment.

Faircloth is most certainly a decent human being. I do not trust any woman with a man-face.

Looked for it and couldn’t find it. Can you show me where that appeared? That would honestly help me make up my mind.

It was all scrubbed….what does that tell you??
A wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Myers indeed scrubbed her social media of all political content prior to 2023 to conceal the fact that she’s been a liberal her whole life. Her party affiliation is concealed due to being an ADA. However, it’s still a public record. She switched from unaffiliated to Republican less than a year ago in 2022. She has donations to democrats. Democrats are supporting her campaign. She’s not a conservative. This is a scam.

Rarely is it so obvious but this thread represents the biggest set of fabrications (for those who find this a big word, lies are what I mean) that can only spring forth from cow manure (if that’s too big a word you can be helped).
With that, let’s unearth the maggots flowing out of this. First, you candidate, Faircloth, has none, zero, nada experience as a criminal prosecutor, but twice he’s ran for judge claiming he’s tough on crime. Where’s this toughness? Where has he demonstrated he knows how to prosecute a criminal? When was he successful doing such? Again, no record. Blank. Zero.
Given this total lack of experience, his supporters wish to promote his candidacy by claiming he’s a conservative when it comes to crime! Really, where’s the evidence? None! Blank! Zero! Just his babbling every time he tries to become a judge. Political bs! That’s it.
Now, you wish to attack the Hines lady so you can make Zero Faircloth look like he could be a judge. Your attacks are silly and fabrications. Her record as an Asst DA and criminal prosecutor clearly shows she is the only candidate demonstrably a tough and conservative prosecutor. He has successfully prosecuted murdered, faircloth hasn’t. Louise Hines Myers has prosecuted rapist! How many has Faircloth? Sex crimes against children, Louise has ripped their heads off. Faircloth, how many? Please speak louder when you say zero.
Pro abortion? All you had to do was look. By her very smart prosecution, Louise Hines Myers put a criminal in prison, life I think, for trying to kill his wife and killing the unborn child she was carrying, a case upheld at the Supreme Court. Faircloth’s, please tell me!
Contributions? Louise, a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, can clearly say all of her donations have come from this community, her family and friends. She hasn’t received money from politicians’ campaign accounts from all over our state like her opponent,Zero, has. Soros? Hahahaha. Insanity.
Guns? She’s a violent crime prosecutor. Think for a moment. You think she just might understand a handgun is required for self protection? I don’t know, but ask her. She might just have an answer that would undermine this stupid political accusation. Just thinking loudly.
The problem is this: you guys wanted your guy, faircloth, to finally win one, so you attack this woman. Fact is, when it comes to criminal prosecutorial experience, there is no comparison between their records. It’s why three current or former DAs have endorsed Louise.
I just wanted to set the record straight since you have done all you can to deceive.
Two questions. Please be truthful.
Was she recently a Democrat?
Did she really fail the bar exam twice?

That was a pretty big first-post fail IMO.

Louise Hines Myers is in no way a conservative or even until last year (when preparing for this race) a Republican. There is a reason the EBR Republican Party refused to endorse Hines Myers despite her well funded campaign: She’s Pro Abortion. She’s anti death penalty. She’s soft on crime (despite her dishonest ad campaign, she’s been a weak prosecutor). She’s weak on the 2nd amendment. She is a donor to liberal democrats. Please review the donor list to Myers...it's quite clear who is funding this campaign.

She got my attention early because her ads are EVERYWHERE. I looked her up and she was running as a Republican, "I thought to myself, how'd she raise this much campaign cash as a Republican." So I started trying to find out more about her and in EVERY ad she was non-commital to anything crime related and her biggest push was service animals or some bullshite. Look her up. She has 1 red flag after another.
as the OP said, "No way conservative"

The issue with this argument is it is all about Hines' job as a prosecutor asking when Faircloth has been in criminal court etc.
I don't have an issue with her "experience." My issue is her ideology and scrubbed social media accounts. None of the ads I have seen relates to anything I want in a judge.
