TYFYS

Been doing vanilla and adding banana and peanut butter. That has hit the spot. Pretzels would be next level

Got a new base freezing in the freezer right now. Will be trying tomorrow. Tasting the the unfrozen liquid of it and I am extremely excited bc it is much better than my current go-to vanilla base. Will report back

Ok home run here, but odd ingredients so not for everyone.

Vanilla Version 3
4oz skim Fairlife milk
1/2 can evaporated milk
2 tbs goat milk powder
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
Pinch salt
Mix ins- None
Rating 11/10 - This base is far superior than any other base I've made but it is also much higher in calories. By far the creamiest and fattiest texture of any mix I've made as well. Tasted like real high fat vanilla with zero artificial taste. Fully planned on mixing in some of my kid's animal crackers but it tasted so good by itself I figured I'd save the calories.
425 calories 34 protein

Bumping this thread to see if there are any more thoughts to the recipes. I have a Ninja Creami Breeze on its way to me. Excited to give it a go!

Found a lot of recipes online, but I keep it simple.

Fairlife protein shake
Chocolate sugar free pudding
Half banana on re-spin
Maybe spoonful of pb

Top with other half of banana.

Can the Ninja Creami be used as a regular blender if I want to make a smoothie spur of the moment with frozen fruits and such? Or is it only to be done by freezing the base 24 hours then using it? My current blender sucks arse so I want to get another one, thinking about the Ninja Creami but we don't have that much freezer space or time to start making a base in advance like that.

I don't think you can put liquid in it - pretty sure everything must be frozen

This thing has been a game changer for me, eating protein ice cream mostly every night.

Thanks to OP for this, I had never heard of it till I saw this thread
