I don't remember any of the Founding Fathers trying to demand the world refer to them as the Founding Mothers, I don't remember any of the astronauts who when to the moon wearing tutus and bizarre makeup, I don't recall those pioneers who took their meager possessions and headed West leaving because someone "misgendered" them.
