First pic is from grainy arse security cam... my guess is the white color you see is an artifact from the shoelace white color bleeding into the general frame due to pixelation and frame rate.
But I'm FAR from a video analysis expert... just a guess based on my decent, but not wonderful, security cameras at my business.
ETA: after a second look, I think it's actually more likely the red/yellow "flame" has faded into a white color on the stillshot due to poor contrast ratio on the camera.

Both are vans shoes. The first pic shows the small license plate style tag on the back heel of the left shoe. Those are both vans. Same shoe, move along.

I DO know some people are going to say the shoes don't match because of the white patch in photo 1, but I think that's easily explainable for someone who knows more about video resolution...

It simply cannot be a product of different angles and/or quality of video/resolution and lighting. The only possible explanation is a massive conspiracy involving dozens if not hundreds of people. After all, such conspiracies are so common—every single mass shooting is one of them. It’s incredibly easy to get dozens/hundreds of people across the country in different locations to agree to be a part of such a thing regularly. And no one ever says a word!! It’s perfect.

It is hard to see in the video why the cop with the armor cam says don't move. Did she try to grab a gun? It was odd.

People make too much of disparate details. The shoes in the picture in the OP aren’t Pumas. But someone on Reddit doesn’t have enough to do. And here we are with some meaningless omphaloskepsis.
