For those out there with much more baseball knowledge than me. What is changing about our approach vs lefties? Is it just harder to hit them in general? I feel like something is different with our approach and with the types of pitches we swing at vs LH pitching. I do not know enough about baseball to articulate what that is but it "feels" like we do not have as much control. Is it technical or mental?

Why pitch Shores? We’re not scoring on these guys

Big picture it's not that bad to lose a series to the best team in the country.

Difference to me seems to be strike 1 vs. ball 1. We're doing the wrong one of those when pitching and hitting.

If we were in Omaha we would have bunted. We were down 1 to a great team in the 7th with a lead-off man on and a great lefty throwing great on the bump. You GOTTA bunt there.

Feels like the ball is coming straight at you.

As they should.

If I’m Skenes, I grab a bat tomorrow.

I dont like the ultra precise pitch speed. You gotta round that up to 3 figures.

It’s wild, because the bats have struggled, but the one run they have is on Skenes.

It's honestly really weird how he doesn't miss bats. He's thrown 23 pitches to 3 batters.
