The liquor store and shitty slot casino conglomerate of Lucky Lil's would kill it anywhere bad decisions could be made by poor people.

Needs to be nationwide but not a franchise opportunity for an investor.
Twin Peaks is a breasteraunt that has decent food, great beer and awesome atmosphere, they should expand.

PIe 5.
Only place I've seen one, is in Biloxi at the Hard Rock.
Think Subway, but pizza instead of sandwiches. Pretty good, and fast. A city location, downtown would do pretty damned good for the lunch time crowd.

I recently moved up to Eastern Tennessee (Tri Cities) and have tried Pal's twice. I don't get the hype. The food is average to below average. I think it's a local phenomenon that may not do well spread outside of Appalachia. They do have some lines and are very popular -- I'll say that to be true.

My buddy owns a few Asian noodle shops up in VA. Bowls are damn near 27 bucks and the lines stay out the door.
I miss the pei Wei’s that we used to have in LA

They got this new chick place around the corner that seems pretty popular and might do well in other markets. Chick-A-fil or something like that...

Waffle House. There is not a single Waffle House in this state which is a crime.

There aren’t any here because I don’t live in a corporate hell.

Triplet's Blue Store would slay in most southern cities.

Looked into buying a firehouse subs franchise. Wish I had.

Was coming here to say Portillos or Pluckers in Metaire would rake it in

The Twin Peaks in Wheeling, Illinois I used to go to had absolutely prime real estate and still shut down.
