A lot of people are trying to find a way to place blame on Client Josh. Either by being directly involved in his death or in this post by participating in his relapse.
I think it could be the exact opposite. I’m thinking that Client Josh had no idea of the beast that would be awakened by pregaming at Happys before the LSU basketball game. By 11:30 he was probably of the mindset that it was time to shut this shite down because Millard was so fricked up.
His quickness to check on him was directly related to how drunk Millard was the night before coupled with the worker answering his cell phone.

I gather they both went to the titty club, and I'm not saying that's a good idea for a married man, but it's fairly common for some guys when they travel.
I'd be willing to bet many of the deacons at your church might go to the strip club when they think nobody will find out.

one of them is 90 year old widower, if he hinted at going, I’d slip him some cash so he could have a good time I actually have no problem with my husband going as long as he’s honest about it. I understand not many women are okay with that.

Is anyone else surprised by how quickly they could positively ID based on fingerprints? I know huge databases exist for fingerprints, but I would still expect it to take more time to result. With all the muck around this case, and how bad the decomposition was reported to be, I am surprised how quickly he was positively identified. Not implying anything, just surprised BRPD ID’d him so quickly.
ETA: They probably already had his fingerprints pulled and ready to compare for any body showing up.

iPhones not too long ago used fingerprint scanning. The technology could fit on our phones. If it’s connected to a database and Millard’s name just happens to be a close match of even something over 50%, that’s a pretty convincing match.

Not really. He was still an active missing persons case, they knew what he looked like, what he was wearing, and the only way I feel they found him at 3:30 in the morning was bc someone told them where he was. Since 9/11 and TWIC went into effect the data base for fingerprint id literally takes seconds if the person has been flagged.

To wrap a dead body up in carpet and leave in a vacant lot you would think perp did more criminal acts to this guy than just how body was disposed but in north Baton Rouge who knows. Too many just don’t care about anything.

I’m not. His fingerprints are all over his luggage and its contents, cell phone, cards in his wallet, hotel room, room key, rental car/keys, etc. I feel like it would be very simple to match his fingerprints without a database.

I looked at the pics on page 56 of this thread. Can’t tell what all the bottles/vials are, but the ones I can read you just can’t normally get prescriptions for them.
Anectine is a paralytic used intubating patients or in surgery. Propofol is used on intubated patients for sedation or pushed in small amounts for sedation for minor procedures like a colonoscopy. Precedex is used for sedation.
Several of those syringes are labeled the same way we do in the hospital world. My guess is someone is getting access to needle boxes from hospitals for those type of vials/bottles/syringes yo be there.
Those boxes are supposed to be sealed before being sent to the proper disposer. I’d bet someone is buying the full needle boxes from an EVS employee in a hospital or hospitals.

The FBI AFIS database in Clarksburg,WV is one of the largest databases in the world. The computer system in in a building that is 7 stories underground. They scan millions of fingerprints a day.

Everyone I’ve known with an addiction issue will do anything they can get their hands on, even if their main vice may be alcohol. He probably just went completely off the rails. From the start you could tell this was a drug/alcohol issue. It’s almost always the case.

Those drugs and syringes on page 56 look like they were taken from a sharps container that wasn’t disposed of properly.

From what I gather there was a FaceTime call to the Wife from the PMAC?
Then he gets kicked out of Happys around 11:30 PM?
He at some point goes to the penthouse off college.
He hits up some ATMs multiple times? (Same ATM? Different ATM?)
Then he ends up at the Greyhound bus station on Florida at 2:30 AM and that is the last he is reportedly seen?
No way he made it to all those locations without transportation. I’m guessing it’s not a ride sharing app because that would be easy enough to track. A cab operator would come forward I would think because it would be fairly easy for him to prove his innocence. That would leave personal vehicle of someone he met?

I’m pretty sure I read they took a ride share to Penthouse, at a minimum. Nothing is disputed about their daytime timeline. Once he’s back downtown, the bus station is walkable from Happy’s/his hotel.

I believe the timeline was Happy’s to pregame, then Lyft down to PMAC. Not sure how long he stayed at the game…..cause they they then go over to Penthouse and Lyft back to Happy’s, where they are there for roughly 2 hours, before he is seen leaving East on Convention at 1130pm (His phone and wallet are found at the park 4 blocks East of Happy’s the next morning by a city worker).
He then proceeds to an ATM and at roughly 2:30am has an interaction with a female employee at Greyhound station. She recalls him being lost and disoriented and having lost his phone. There is another ATM transaction at 5:30am, but we do not know if that is Nathan or someone else or where that was located

Yep.
That's exactly what it was. Homeless addicts/bums know how to seek that stuff out if it's tossed in a regular dumpster at a hospital/clinic.
