Please help me settle a debate, at 4:48 in this video, I say they are canned biscuits. A friend says homemade. What say you?

Context of the scene: The ranch's chef "Gator" (who is from Louisiana ironically in real life) pulls out a pan of biscuits and proclaims "That's a good frickin biscuit."

I’m gonna assume they aren’t canned because of the context that he seems to be making everything from scratch

They look an awful lot like canned flaky layer biscuits. It’s possible he is making them from scratch and using a recipe for layered biscuits.

Not canned, frozen. Canned biscuits have a rounder shape from being packed into the tube.
Frozen biscuits have hard corners from a hexagonal cutter like the ones in the video.

They look frozen to me, but he never claims they were homemade just a good frickin biscuit, and there are some frozen biscuits that are frickin good

Canned, Hungry Jack or some such. I'm going primarily off of uniformity and layering. To me, frozen biscuits look like real scratch ones, just not as high.
Scratch biscuits is one of the easiest, high-reward cooking endeavors, but I suppose I can understand the exigences of cooking for big groups like that.

Dude is a real life cook and a badass one at that. Being that biscuits are probably the easiest thing he can make, I'd bet they are homemade. Also if you look at the pan, they aren't all uniform
Also, it was funny hearing Teeter talk normal

How do you get straight edges and different sizes out of a can?
