Badass.

Even better Ken Riley finally got in the Hall of Fame. He should have been in thirty years ago, same with Joe Klecko. Now let's work on getting the other approximately 50 people who belong in the Hall of Fame and aren't in being selected.

Basically every QB who played against Thomas said his defenses were as disdicult to play against as the those led by Ray Lewis and the Ravens in the early 200s.
He could basically audible his defenses any time a QB did so because he did so much tape study.

The best ILB of the 90s. Yes, I'm including the Pilejumper.

I cheered in my living room when Jimmy Johnson announced him.
I don't know if voters forgot about him because he was a short white dude from Texas Tech who played for a lot of mediocre Dolphins teams, but he was as dominant as any LB in the last 25 years.

Although now in the Hall, Zack Thomas has been criminally underrated. Its almost like they put him in begrudgingly by fan pressure. I don't get why? What was Peter King's beef? Ray Lewis and Urlacher said he should be in years ago.

Thought both of these guys got in years ago. Should've already been in

Well deserved and long overdue. My favorite Dolphins player ever.

NFL puts in too many players
MLB doesn't recognize near enough

Mayboe so, but Zach 100% needed to be in a while ago.
One of the best players of the 90's.

You've got it backwards. There are 30 MLB teams each with a roster of 25 players. That is 750 positions in the league. It is theoretically possible to induct ten players each year if everyone were to fill out their ballot the exact same way. That is .013 percent of the available roster spots for a given year. There are 32 NFL teams each with a roster of 53 players. That is 1696 roster spots available every year. By rule no more than five can be inducted when they first become eligible. That is .003 of the roster spots in the league. More people retire every year out of a pool of 1696 than retire out of a pool of 750 and the maximum amount that can be inducted of the 1696 retirees is half of what the maximum amount that can be inducted from the retirees of the 750 pool. This is why Scott Rolen gets inducted in less than ten years after his retirement and Fred Taylor, Hines Ward, and Ricky Watters don't even make the finalists even though they have been retired for a decade (or in Watters case decades). The NFL Hall of Fame is the toughest of the four Hall of Fames to get inducted into because football requires more than twice as many players than any of the other four major sports to play and yet they allow the least amount of players to be selected to the Hall of Fame on a yearly basis.

But that doesn't happen with the current voting situation.
