OT Detectives - I need help valuing a 200 year old map

This is not mine, but I am helping a friend value it.

C&J (Christopher & John) Greenwood. It’s dated June 1826.

It folds up in a book, hard cover with a slip jacket.

It’s very brittle. I found one by these guys that sold 20 years ago at Christie’s for £6500.

I would honestly give you $350 for it, but it may actually be worth more.

I know Reddit is for gay soyboys, but you might get a decent valuation from /r/cartography

Where'd you steal this story from, because there's no way you use the British Pound as your prefered currency.
