We will be in New Orleans in a couple of weeks, will places like Clesi's have boiled crawfish at that time or is it still going to be too early?

Yea but you’ll have to refinance your house to pay for them.

Mais La seafood, the guy was on Netflix‘s Street Food USA, I think you have to find where his trailer is on social media but his crawfish is out of this world

NOLA is the only place I know where people eat crawfish cold.

Prices will be high and the crawfish will be small. I would wait until a little later in the year to avoid disappointment.

Go to Schaeffer in buck town.

Best mass produced sold crawfish in the world. Hands down. Barre none

Bevi Seafood on Carrolton will have them if you want a place to sit and eat.

In Bucktown, Schaefers and Capt. Sids will have them and both are good. Take out only.
Last weekend these places were about $5.50 a pound.

$4/5/lb boiled, probably leaning 5ish. They'll be small.

No crawfish in New Orleans are out of this world. Probably the weakest crawfish game in the whole state.

Ive had some twice this year and they were pretty decent. Should be nicer in a couple weeks.

Don't go to the place in Jefferson near Airline and Central. We got HORRIBLE food poisoning last weekend.

I understand what you are saying! If I were going to New Orleans I would probably bite the bullet and get some too. Might opt for boiled shrimp, though!

Usually I’d say Capt Sid’s, but this early in the season; anywhere if overpriced.
