Suggestions please. Thanks for all the suggestions. Lots of them are great for guys but she is a girl. Should have mentioned that in first post.

Not sure about BR, but if they have any idea what they want to do I would try to get something related.
My daughter wanted to be a Nurse and got a job at 16 as a receptionist at a Nursing Home. Got her CNA at 18. About to finish first year of college, then they are going to pay for her Nursing School and pay her for clinicals. She'll be a LPN soon and making more before she graduates as a RN.
Making 14.75 now.
