I had a couple of people tell me recently that I was was looking big so I decided to check the Me360 app again. I haven’t done it since November.
I know it’s not super accurate but I like it for showing trends over time.
It shows me gaining 8 lbs lean mass since November.
My weight is up 9 pounds total but my body fat went down 1%.
I’m pretty pump about that.

I’m not sure how accurate it is since I’ve never compared it to anything else but it’s good enough for what I use it for. Mainly curiosity about how I’m doing.

It shows me at 22.5% body fat.
I’d like to be in the teens but I don’t feel bad where I am. I’m a little chunky in the belly but I don’t feel like a slob.

W1D3 DB Strength.
Went heavy on the RDLs and lit my lower back up. In a good way though, no pain.
The carries were 30 yards so I went up to 70s.
70 minutes. Feeling good.

W1D1 of pump city done today. Did bench, incline bench, and shoulder press on Cybex machines and threw some pec deck flies in as a bonus. Having access to a commercial gym for the month is gonna be awesome. You can push right to failure every set with the machines then drop set so easy!

Same! I started this one over today due to the December freeze bringing our plant into an unplanned turnaround. I really recommend Pump City for shift workers due to its flexibility.

W1D4 DB Strength
First time I’ve seen him have the same exercise twice in a day.
We did chest supported 2 arm rows supersetted with rdls then did them again supersetted with pullovers. Second time was twice the reps and I definitely felt it.
Right at 60 minutes.

This was my week with 4 lift days in a while and I was definitely starting to feel it towards the end. I may have tapped my head a time or two on the last set of skull crushers. I see where they get their name (especially if your arms are getting fatigued towards the end). Anyways, week 5 down now 2 days of just some light cardio (walking, biking, etc)before it starts up again!

Bruh... I tried the 1000 rep instagram workout you suggested... I died maybe 4 times during that. Planning on dying again today hopefully less.

W1 of 21 to party done. The 10 sets of 21 pull downs was a killer burnout.
Yea that 1000 rep workout last night looked like holy terror. I screenshot it maybe when I’m feeling over zealous one day I’ll give it a go

W1d2 of pump city done. Greatly enjoyed the chest supported db row to snatch grip deadlift superset. Had to do the deadlifts in a smith machine, but it worked out. They had a bit more of an RDL feel to them. I think we were in and out the gym in like 50 mins today; it’s weird JUST hitting back and biceps in a day haha

Let me tell you that while 3 sets of 8 on with 65% DL seems easy on paper. It is not as the 3rd superset. My heart was going.
Love the hour workout tho!
