Why isn’t there a ‘Spider-Man’ net that can be shot on assholes like this guy? Seems like there has to be a better option than trying to wrestle with either zip or metal cuffs.

Because you would still have to go wrestle the drugged up guy in the net.

"Deserve to die", no he didn't. I'm also going to put forward that the officer with the tazer had no intention of this being lethal. They literally begged the guy to stop wrestling with them. They don't know what's in his pockets, inside his waistband, or have any assurance he won't manage to get his hands on their guns while he's writhing all over the place. This guy put himself in the position to be tazed and therefore the end result is on him.

The last thing I want to do is put my life in the hands of a cop by either fighting or resisting arrest so they can taze me (which can cause a fatal arrhythmia) or even worse shoot my arse. I’ll keep myself alive by not resisting because I don’t trust them enough otherwise.
