Well he didn't graduate preschool until he was 8 so what do you expect?

It’s actually not true.

He was born in October of 1997 and graduated HS in May 2017.

Thats still old as shite to turn 19 at the beginning of your high school year. Was he even eligible to play his senior year? Was he stupid?

He missed the cut off. Born at the very end of October 1997.

On a normal schedule he graduates at 18 in May 2016

He must have been held back one year and graduated at 19 in May 2017

Im sure he was held back. Like John Curtis, Evangel and West Monroe used to due. It wasnt uncommon for them to graduate 19yr olds.

I knew a couple of those type of kids when growing up.

Not that big of a deal until middle school. They were too old and dumb to play school sports, but they were absolutely terrifying during P.E. dodgeball.

Yeah he would have been ineligible his Sr year of HS in some states. In GA the only rule is you have to be 18 on April 30 of your junior year to be eligible as a senior. So he technically had 6 months to spare.

My son plays on a travel ball team and a few of the studs are a year older but are in a grade behind. One kid turned 11 last May but will still be on the 10U team next summer because his parents held him back and for some reason USSSA caters to this. Apparently it's a thing.

Travel ball requires a lot of familial sacrifice. But when you see Brayden suit up for Nicholls State, it's all worth it.

Well he's on his way to six years in college and still doesn't have a degree... A modern day Van Wilder

Bennett I’m sure either started one year late or was held back or did some type of pre-K or pre-1st. He’s only one year older than normal. He started kindergarten at 6 at the latest. It’s pretty common for boys now.

I have a good friend who held his daughter back. She and my son are a month apart age wise and my son is a grade ahead.

To be fair I just made that up. I have no idea. But it is pretty old to graduate HS without some kind of extenuating circumstance
