Also, how do you know who wrote it (assuming she didn't do it herself). Been awhile since I've been inside of a Starbucks, but everyone I've been in has 3 to 4 people touching your order before you actually receive it. And 9 times out of 10, the person writing on the cup doesn't actually see the customer until they put the cup on the counter and yell the name.
