I’m pulling for Max Duggan! He plays so hard and is fun to watch.
I think UGA comes out on top in the end, but it could be a very close game if he has a great day.
I thought Uga would blow out OSU after all the injuries, opt outs, being exposed by Michigan AND Kirby having a month to prepare for them.
And then TCU beats Michigan, who knows!

UGA winning does absolutely nothing for LSU. All you "support the SEC" people are naïve, ignorant or both.

Eh, I usually pull for the SEC school to win if I have no other inclination in a bowl except Alabama because I have an irrational dislike for them
And now I kind of pull against Florida, mostly because of Napier. Not that I hate Napier, I loved him at my alma mater but the Napsters on this board made me want him to underwhelm until they stop trying to compare him and BK.
But for this game, I am pulling for TCU because I just like the David vs Goliath situation. Plus a few things in the SECCG kind of pissed me off where Georgia was concerned.

I know the SEC is typically the strongest football conference and I root for all SEC schools in their bowl games.
Far too many on this board have tunnel vision, where all they see is purple and gold. Could UGA winning another NC hurt LSU? Nah, the entire world already knows UGA is a national powerhouse, and winning or losing to TCU won't move that needle much at all. The world already knows.
I'm proud LSU plays in the SEC, and I want the SEC to dominate teams from other conferences. Why do you think the SEC's TV contract is so huge, or why so many SEC teams end up in big bowl games?
So yea, I'm a UGA fan tonight. Proudly so.

Rooting for your conference is for programs that can’t win it for themselves.

They didn't get any respect, because they didn't earn it. They were barely beating the little sisters of the poor, all season long, and then failed to win their conference. Why the heck should anyone have NOT doubted them? And not for nothing, Michigan gave that game to TCU. Two pick sixes and a goal line fumble, and TCU barely wins. That's why they get no respect.
It wasn't a question of whether or not it was true that they don't get respect. It's that they think they did enough to earn that respect, and that their coach feels the need (just like Dabo) to constantly harp on it. It makes you look weak as a supposed leader, when you let everyone know how bothered you are about other peoples' perceptions.
As for Kirby and Stetson, I already said I wasn't pulling for Georgia. Didn't think it was necessary to list the reasons why. There are too many.

What a great story it’d be if Georgia can pull it off. They’ve been doubted all year. Nobody gave them a chance to win the east let alone make it this far. And to top it all off their qb is a former walk on in case y’all have not heard.
