Simple and quick

Sour cream
Mayo
Horseradish
Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper

I couldn’t tell you the measurements, I just make it to taste

Horseradish sauce, splash of balsamic vinegar and anchovy paste or fish sauce

A little Mexican Crema or sour cream added if that's too intense for your taste

8oz sour cream
2jars zatarrain’s prepared horseradish
2 lemons, zest chopped fine and juiced
Tsp kosher salt
Lots of fresh crack pepper
Mix well to incorporate

I seem to be one of the few who just plops straight horseradish on my prime rib.

You aren't alone but I plop mine on the side.

I put horseradish on my deli sammiches.

Love the heat.

Horseradish Cream Sauce
1/2 C heavy cream
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C horseradish
2T minced chives
1T fresh squeezed lemon juice
Pinch of salt and fresh ground pepper
Make it couple hours/day before use

Very close to mine. I don't use mustard and I add a small amount of W sauce.

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Better if you make a day ahead of time

My wife makes one with dill, but it has sour cream and mayo I think. Anyway, the dill really adds something to it in my opinion.
