Where’s Robert Langdon to find out the truth when you need him?

A device that can peer back through time and space would change the world, and not because it could prove the past: it would allow unfettered spying on everyone in the world at any moment, including one second ago. Isaac Asimov wrote a short story on the subject over half a century ago:

This sounds more LDS or scientology than catholic.

They went back in time to diddle kids.
Just assumed no one would find their Time Machine (or all the emotional scar tissue) that they left behind

Similar but I don’t think the Mormons have consolidated power for quite as long.

I believe this is the same Priest mentioned in a documentary on the BBC several years ago. Supposedly he had some kind of rigged up radio receiver that he claimed his deceased father had spoken to him and called him by his childhood nick name which he claimed convinced him that it was his father. Apparently their were some witnesses to the event and the priest was well respected by his community.

I have also heard scuttlebutt about a Time Machine discovered in the tunnels under Egypt.

I saw a video on this. It’s not a Time Machine, but a machine that allows you to observe any point in history, kinda like Walter’s device where he could see into the alternate universe. It has to be real. I saw it on Fringe. I’m sure the Vatican stole their machine from an observer.

No kidding, it's one of these:
They think that just because they can watch reruns of I Dream of Jeannie, they're looking into the past.

Sounds the device only gives you ability to see past events as they unfolded
How would you know that’s what you are seeing?

I’m sure that’s the first thing they did. Think how bad it must have been before they went back.

See into the past other manipulate the past.
If it actually works.

Hot Tub?
Posted on 12/23/22 at 5:16 pm to Cheese Grits
I don’t think the first one was a hot tub.
The second one was a group of guys going on a ski trip found a hot tub Time Machine.
The first one was a phone booth and some kids Bill and Ted invented the machine.

The machine, therefore, could validate the teachings of the Bible, simply by providing a firsthand look into the past
Then why haven't they done it?
