Can you feel hot air out the vent?

Sounds like a heat pump, they are not very good below 30 degrees, switch to emergency heat and hope for the best

If you have a heat pump then it's probably not keeping up with the draft through your house. Which also may mean that your auxillary heat isn't kicking on to make up the difference. Check your system to make sure it doesn't require you to manually turn it on.

Is this unit a heat pump or electric heat strips or natural gas? What are we dealing with here?

I’m having the opposite problem. My heat won’t shut off once it reaches the set temp on the thermostat. Air handler is one week old. Thermostat otherwise works in every other way it’s supposed to, including when the ac is on. It shuts off for that. It’s not due to the cold either. I was testing it yesterday before the front came through and the heat wouldn’t shut off then either. Very strange.

Need to know the basics, if you don't have a clue about your HVAC system then you won't get good suggestions.

This is like saying “my AC is set to 60, but it’s 68 degrees inside” when it’s 100 degrees outside, then asking for suggestions.
There could be a million different reasons why your heater can’t keep up.
ETA: OK, I have two suggestions.
1. Learn to live with 65 degrees, or
2. Buy a gas furnace

Having same issue according to my wife. I'm at work for the next two hours. Mine is a heat pump, I had her turn on emergency heat just now.
But she says she hasn't felt anything blowing from vents. Wouldnt the vents still blow if it's just struggling cause it's a heat pump?

Probably a heat pump. Put your stat in emergency (auxiliary heat) mode and carry on.

This is how OP adds oil to his car

If you have an option on your thermostat, other than heat or cool, that says "emergency" or "auxiliary", choose that one and see if that helps.
As others have said, you may have a heat pump.

That could be your blower motor if no air is moving.

It's less than a year old rheem, could thr cold cause that to break somehow?

To expound upon this, many systems are heat pumps as primary with electric back up when it gets colder. Heat pumps use the outside unit to create heat and the electric heat strips are just like an electric heater as a back up.
If its a new system its possible the thermostat wasn't programmed properly or that you need to go to "emergency heat" to use the heat strips when it gets too cold for the heat pump.

Not likely - less than a year old, you should have a 1 year labor warranty which pretty standard, parts 10 years if properly registered (5 years if not), maybe call the installing company for service before you leave the office to get on their list - you know they are have a list of service calls - you can always call and cancel if you figure it out when you get home.
