Hunt them down, arrest them, charge them with everything you possibly can, impound the vehicles, slap every fine you can legally enforce on the car, give them 90 days to come up with the money, sell the vehicles after they fail to pay the fines. Prosecute fully and give them the maximum sentence allowed.

The situation is if you work for BRPD you are are denutted. You go to work knowing the streets belong to the criminal, not you, and there is not a damn thing you can do about it. Also, I-10? I guess BRPD doesn't do undercover operations. Get a Charger rigged with cameras and mics and join the street racer party. Talk to people. After, review the videos for tags, faces, plates, and even tattoos. Look at your FIC database and find some of the people you know you've dealt with previously and go make some arrests, impounds, and hit 'em with some heavy fines. Oh wait, fines and arrests are racist.
