Don’t date subordinates. Past that, you can dip your pen in the company ink as long as you don’t totally frick up.
Not in my office but the contractors I work with have rules on this due to a prior incident elsewhere.
Husband and wife team were married and working at the same site. They separate, she leaves him for another female at the same site. Awkward…
As a result, married people can only work at the same site for them if they are in completely different business units.

I’m dating a man from church. Hopefully, things don’t go down hill because we go to the same mass every week, and I read there. That would be embarrassing.

I went on a trip to Vegas and hooked up with the company president's corporate secretary, when we got back we started dating and eventually moved in together .
Of course, I fricked it up like I always do and ended up losing my home, girl and job

This was years ago but my advice is still "Don't Dip Your Pen In The Company Ink"

I have both good and bad experiences dating coworkers.

Give HR a heads up if they plan to date. So its out in the open. Don't want to lose a job for a POA

My uncle once told me “never draw your pussy and your paycheck from the same place.”

If she’s worth it, go for it. I did it and never had any issues. But we remanednfriends after the relationship so you probably need to do that too.

I was told by a female manager to never even touch a woman at work.

I did in college over thirty years ago. We are still married and going strong.

Dated one for a bit. We are adults and it turned out ok. Now, have slept with quite a few coworkers. Never had any issues from that. Except the time I was married, there have been at least two at each job going back to 2000.

My grandpa used to say "Don't get ya bread and ya butter in the company store!"

Again, unless they were fricking at work, the. whatever they threw at him was entirely unrelated to them fricking and likely a lie or some bs crap

I’ve also heard the majority of people actually meet their spouse at work
I don’t know about all that

Try walking into a meeting where you have slept with 3 of the 5 women present.

Has anyone here ever dated a coworker?

Yup. I find it harder to get laid than to get a job, and my considerable business acumen gets the ladies all worked up.

I am very sexually active with coworkers but, then again, I’m self-employed.

Met my wife at work almost 20 years ago. We are still together with two kids.

Slept with a co worker (I was manager not hers)
4 years later we reconnected and now engaged

More importantly, don't shite where your boss eats.
Really it just depends on the people involved and their maturity. Wife and I slept together on the first date.
