If you get out your vehicle with a bat and run up on another driver and get smoked, that’s your own dang fault. You earned getting shot.
However, after the guy takes off running and then you walk up to the guy and execute him, well that just took it from self defense to murder.

Damn. If he wouldn’t have fired more rounds after the dude was down it would have been an easy self defense case. That may be a little harder now. But honestly the dude was probably already dead. Still stupid.

Holy shite….
This is why I try to control myself when other drivers are pissed. In the case, you either get beat with a bat (pretty sure he hit the back window) or now have to go through the process of self defense. That last bullet to the head when he was already down might hurt his case some

Well, that went from a solid self defense case to murder pretty quick. As soon as the dude starting running, the other guy should have stopped shooting. Of course, I wasn’t there, but that video is pretty damning.
