Did Santa wrap your presents as a kid?

First Christmas as being Santa and arguing with my wife about whether or not Santa wraps presents.
Growing up, my parents would wrap presents and put them under the tree in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
Santa would drop unwrapped presents the night before Christmas to wake up to.
So I would wake up to a dirt bike, game system, something big just sitting there, and then open the smaller things my parents got me.
Her parents wrapped and hid gifts, and Santa wrapped gifts. Both arrived the night before Christmas, so nothing under the tree leading up to Christmas.
Did Santa wrap your presents or not?

No. The presents under the tree were from momma while Santa didn’t wrap presents. As a kid I never questioned this logic.

Nope, Santa didn't wrap.

No. Santa doesn’t have time to wrap. The man has to go around the world in one night.

I was just like you growing up; parents wrapped and Santa didn’t.
But, we tried that when our boys were around 4-6 and they cried that Santa unwrapped all their presents. We just started wrapping everything. It’s for them, and it’s more fun watching them tear everything apart anyway.

All of mine were wrapped as a kid. My wife doesn’t wrap Santa’s gifts and I hate it.

Santa never wrapped ours.
By the way, do you know why Santa doesn’t have any kids?
Because he only cums once a year…

The tradition of unwrapped presents from Santa began when a mother was found getting busy “kissing” Santa by the Christmas tree. After getting caught, they didn’t have the chance to go back and wrap the presents.

As a kid and now as a parent, Santa uses the same wrapping paper each year for each gift if it can be wrapped. If it’s not able to get wrapped, like a bike, it has a big tag from Santa.
We buy the same wrapping paper each year, picked a simple design with Santa’s that’s been available for 20 years…then we throw away any left over and don’t use it for any other presents

This. And any other way is wrong.

Santa did not rap in the house of my father.

Santa’s stuff was out in the open. The wrapped stuff was from “mom and dad”

Santa did NOT wrap presents. I would sneak down to see what he brought at about 5am.

Our Santa gifts were always wrapped.
I think my mom loved wrapping and watching people open gifts.
I think I'll end up wrapping everything for my two. There's no logic behind it besides prolonging the event- which is fine by me.
