I think he had a couple holding penalties. I don't have much to add past that and am intrigued to hear what anyone has to say that was keeping up with him throughout the game.

Pretty bad, but that was to be expected for a rookie coming off an injury facing the 49ers rushers in his first league start.

Only showed up in penalties.

One facemask negated what would have been a long PI call to get us out of the endzone before halftime. Instead, short field became a TD.

Hopefully he can play the rest of the season and get his sea legs in time for next season.

This one is over.

Has plenty of technical stuff to clean up

Going to take him a while to be an above average starting left tackle.

Some penalties.
And I know at least one play he got blown up. Like 4ft back and on his arse..

Hopefully he'll get it going.

He was really slow out of his stance. That’s what I noticed the most about him.

He only played a little. Seemed slow our of stance and committed a face mask penalty.

Hopefully he gets good work to finish out this dogcrap season. He needs to work on not committing any penalties.

He got better as preseason went on so I think the same will be for him as the season goes on. He's obviously a player who needs the reps.

From what I heard he wasn't great, but it was a really tough assignment for his first game back

He got smoked a few times playing the swing tackle position. He's not ready yet.

Not very good, but he's a rookie and obviously very rusty going up against a good defense. But what I noticed was him standing almost straight up and stopping his feet and the defense catching him on his heels and pushing him back or completely off to the side very easily a few times.

I was not paying close attention to him but the radio guys were critical of him on the post game show.

Huge liability in the few snaps he played, which is why they yanked him.

I know he’s coming off injury, but his footwork and technique indicate small college ball. Not sure Moronne can make much out of this pick.

He looked worse than Peat in the minimal snaps he got. Chalk it up to a rookie making his first start against an elite defense.

If it happens again next week, then I'm concerned.

We knew all of this coming in. This was always planned as a developmental year for him. At best we were hoping for midseason but he has been hurt so that goes out of the window. He is athletically gifted enough to develop into a really good tackle. However, he is not there yet and needs refining on his technique. Yes Marrone can get him there but will take time.
