Roast in the slow cooker Tried this recipe for the first time. Pretty tasty. I wanted thyme and rosemary with potatoes and this did not disappoint.

Got up at 4:30, made a fire, seasoned up a butt, threw it on the pit. Getting too old for this but us and my bartender are fed (forgot her BBQ sauce until after the picture). Two kinds of slaw, the kind I like and sweeter for my wife. .:)
