Maybe you can call me an ableist or whatever, but I'm not really interested in watching handicapped people play sports. No wheelchair basketball for me, no special Olympics, and definitely no women's soccer.

ETA: And this guy is definitely a chucker, I bet he only takes half court shots.

I hate the pandering to the disabled, probably because I see it more as the non-disabled seem to do it for a feel good moment for themselves or to go viral. The kid without legs would be better served with a referral to the local competitive special Olympic basketball team. He could stay on the regular team as a manager or something. I say this as a dad of a disabled kid.
