He’s the first Superintendent of Public Instruction in history to have 60,000 MORE votes than a senator running in his own party

Let’s congratulate this man and run him for president

He’s seems like he may finally be the right “candidate”

Drumpf’s fault, try to keep up. Arizonistan would rather wallow in its own shite apparently.

The AIDS on this board the last week is insane. Think people went get their boosters after they voted.

Looks to me like the Republicans picked the wrong candidate for Senator.

Same thing with the treasurer.

I don’t care what people say, it doesn’t make sense. Unless there is cheating.

I know. They should have run him for Governor

Imagine all those democrats and republicans skipping over the senatorial and gubernatorial elections just to bend over, reach down to vote, cross party lines and unite under this guy’s public Instruction

Masters really was a terrible candidate. Trump's most successful endorsement was Vance and even he ran way behind DeWine

So a bunch of republicans will overwhelmingly vote for a superintendent and a treasurer, but not the senator or governor?

It's fascinating how the GOPe/dems response to the totals, people vote for the top of the ticket.

In what way was he terrible?

Any specifics?

As opposed to say a Fetterman who was clearly a statesman and eloquent in communicating his vision for the state of Pennsylvania.

The only statewide candidate for either party who got fewer votes than Masters in Arizona was the Dem who lost for State Treasurer.

10 other candidates, both winners and losers, had more votes than Masters did.

Maybe look at the candidate.

It happens in Louisiana.

2019 Governor
JBE Dem got 625,000 votes in first primary 47%

Other races all won by Republicans
Lt Gov Nungesser 884,000
AG Landry 855,000
Treasurer Schroeder 769,000
Comm of Ag Strain 724,000
Ins Commish Donelon 631,000

Believe it or not people do cross party lines

Aggiehank is going to tell you that clearly, the superintendent of public instruction is a really popular guy, thus more votes.
