Maybe they'll start at his shins and move up to his balls and stay put for a while.
I know, that isn't how the firing squad works, but I can dream...

Prosecutors in the case of Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students in the fall, have filed a motion asking a judge to compel his defense team to share information about his potential alibi.
The state's filing on Thursday came days after attorneys for Kohberger suggested he was not at the location where the crimes took place.

I thought the trial was supposed to start in June

That was the date for the preliminary hearing, but DA got a grand jury indictment in May instead.
Defense attorneys are filing a bunch of stuff that they would have done in preliminary hearing on top of the items challenging grand jury process. They were granted one extension on using & providing alibi defense (Idaho law) which passed outside of defense vague statement about alibi going to be provided by cross of state witnesses and other experts.

Get this cat out in gen pop and tell the guards to put the word out as to who he is. They dont even need to green light this guy as he will get banked just for his celebrity status.

MOSCOW, Idaho — Bryan Kohberger, the man charged with stabbing and killing four University of Idaho students last year, claims he was going for a drive during the murders that occurred on Nov. 13, 2022.
Kohberger's attorneys were asked by state prosecutors to produce an alibi of his whereabouts the night of the killings of Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves at a home on 1122 King Road in Moscow. On Wednesday, Kohberger's attorneys objected to the request.
His attorneys say in the objection that Kohberger "has a long habit of going for drives alone" and that's where he was during the time of the murders. However, he is "not claiming to be at a specific location" when driving in the late night and early morning of Nov. 12 - Nov. 13.
There is also no witness to say precisely where he was, the filing said.

So he basically has no alibi.

What if BK was actually close to uncovering a deep state plan to overthrow the world and replace the government with a hierarchy of cyborg frogs? The government framed him and killed those college kids who were actually ancient beings that control the universe with their eyes

It's still so crazy to me that this dude was able to murder four people with a knife.

Agreed, in a small apartment/condo. Also, multiple people in the same room.

My question is, what was the ultimate motive behind this guy killing these students? It doesn’t seem like he knew these people at all. It seems like he must have been following these four students on social media, developed a grudge against them, and tracked them down and killed them when nobody was watching.
Whatever the motive was, this guy was cold and calculated in carrying the murders out. He had clearly been planning this for a long time and analyzed every possible way he could do the murders and not get caught. Had he not made the mistake of dropping the sheath, he wouldn’t have got caught and there would have been no justice.

The running theory is he fixated on one of the girls from afar. He went there to do something to her, not expecting 5-6 other people to be in the house.
Alternate theory is he ran ICF 5x5 and went into a rage after making no progress for 6 months.

quote:well, they had video his car in the area, with his cell phone pinging off towers near the crime scene, and an eye witness describing the killer having bushy eyebrows...they would have started surveilling him. Not sure where that would have gotten police but he would have had a lot of explaining to do...

Well if they were able to locate his car being in the area as well as tracking his phone signal from a cell tower, then this case shouldn’t take long for the jury to deliberate on.

I think he left the sheath on purpose and to see the process. Like a catch me if you can type clue. I don’t think he planned on leaving touch the touch DNA on the sheath. I think he thought it would be clean.
