Let your doubt subside.

Why? Might you ask.

Because his skill set does not translate well to the NFL. Not that he isn't a good QB in college.

This situation reminds me of Tim Tebow's junior year. I knew, or felt strongly, that TT would return for his senior season because he did not project well as an NFL QB.

JD has the physical size to play QB on Sunday, but he is not very accurate throwing the ball. He needs another year of growing before he goes pro.

This is not an attack on JD. I think he will play Pro football. Just not in 2023.

I'll gladly place a wager on this happening.

He’s currently 11th in the country with a 69.8% completion percentage.

If he comes back he could be a top 5 pick in NFL.

I don't think it's disrespectful. I think Daniels is a great college QB, but I doubt he'll be a good NFL QB. That's not an insult.

Only things that can make him stay are a good NIL deal and a college degree.

It is not disrespectful. Was Tom Brady good at football while at Michigan? No, hell a baseball player beat out Brady.

He just isn't ready yet. It's not meant as an insult.

I hope JD chooses to do what he truly feels is best for him. But if he does return, we’ll be preseason top 5 with this class coming in.

If he doesn’t return, it’ll be Walker Howard time and we’ll still be damn good.

that's not at all what he said. He literally said his skillset does not translate. Its disrespectful. If you want to call it honesty, that's fine but don't act like you're good guy making these comments.

Tell me all of the differences between Jayden Daniels skill set & #11 draft pick, Justin Fields.

…Who actually ran for more yds than he threw for yesterday, I might add.

A month ago, I half expected that Daniels would request a waiver and grad transfer to another program. I thought he was a 1-year place holder until Walker Howard was ready.

Now it's looking like he's here to stay, and LSU is much better off for it. If Daniels stays and Howard beats him out, that means Walker Howard, really is that good.

Also, no sauces, but I don't think anybody will be surprised to see Nuss transferring, and Kelly bringing in another transfer QB for depth.

Daniels being compared to Lamar Jackson is not a stretch.

On the transfer note, didn't realize he already got his degree from ASU. So his choices are stay or declare.

I agree with you I think he’s a great college QB and could be a Heisman candidate next season but I don’t believe he will be a starting QB in NFL

He reminds me somewhat of Lamar Jackson……..so, guess his skill set doesn’t work in the NFL?

Jayden will do very well in the NFL. Better than Bryce Young. You can take that to the bank.
