People said Jalen Hurts wouldn’t be a good QB in the NFL either… looking pretty good now

His season is very comparable to Bryce young's...who won the Heisman trophy last yr. If we win out, win SEC championship, possibly win a natty, he's GONE

Thank you for your emotional input, on the Internet, because you know everything and need attention.

Fields is bigger and faster with a stronger arm but Daniels is a more elusive and instinctive runner.

Is he on schedule to graduate before 23?
If he does, he could do grad classes online like jb9 and spend more time in the team training and really excell beyond this years improvements.

Yes they do.

JD has the physical size to play QB on Sunday, but he is not very accurate throwing the ball.

His completion percentage is approaching 70%.

This is not an attack on JD. I think he will play Pro football. Just not in 2023.

This is the only thing I give you some credit on. I think he could greatly increase his draft stock by coming back, mainly because it gives him more games to show this improvement is consistent over time. But if he leaves this year, he WILL get drafted. I think it's a 60% chance he stays at this moment.

He got his degree at Arizona State.

I believe he’s already doing this (maybe not completely online)

He reminds me of Jalen Hurts and if he can improve next season in passing game he could be a potential 1st round pick

If he comes out this year it would be later rounds unless he absolutely blows up the remaining games of the year

Here is what you don’t understand…it’s not about how we see him …it’s about how he sees himself…if he thinks he’s good enough to get drafted….he’s gonna go

I have said it more than once on this board to all the Daniels won’t get drafted crowd. Kellon Mond was a high 3rd round pick #66 overall. Danny Etling has made 1 million dollars in 5 years riding the pine. If anyone thinks Daniel’s isn’t better than those 2 QB’s then you’re not capable of rational thinking.

I am not saying he is going to be a starter next year but the guy is going to be a day 2 pick and make it to a second contract baring injuries.

Look at Desmond Ridder for example. High 3rd rd selection. Jayden is electric compared to Desmond. END OF STORY. Better arm talent as well.

This situation reminds me of Tim Tebow's junior year. I knew, or felt strongly, that TT would return for his senior season because he did not project well as an NFL QB.

Tebow didn't project high as a qb because of his elongated delivery. Nfl scouts look to see how quick a ball get tot he wr from the time you start to throw the ball until it arrives at wr. Tebow routinely dropped the ball below his shoulders and basically wound up it arm. JD doesn't have that issue and his arm talent is infinitely better than TT.

Close. They measure how long it took for the ball to be released from when he started his delivery, not how long it took to reach the WR.

Hurts is the size of a lb.

They most certainly do when they are gauging delivery and arm talent.
You can have a slower delivery if you have elite arm talent. You cant have lower than average for both like tebow.
I literally have a college scout in the family.

Remember when people were saying he’s not a real quarterback?

Too bad they will never learn.
