OT Threads like Rico the Lost Dog should get write-ups on the TD Homepage

ETA: Obvious Thread of the Year candidates where the OT pulls resources and miracles should be better highlighted.
Users drove in from hours away to search N.O. East at night on the side of the interstate.
A user researched, found, and connected a lost pet posting to the TD thread to get the owners updated on the last known sightings.
A MF’ing thermal imaging drone was deployed by another user.
Pandy Fackler, Proximo, Swagga, Insee, JodyPlauche, and several others deserve the recognition for making this planet better than they found it.
This is noteworthy.

Well, you see...
I really need the trim and baseboards painted in my house, the natural wood look is making it look so outdated and I work all the time so I don't feel like doing it. Plus all the taping off and getting down on hands and knees to get the baseboards, it just sounds terrible.

The OT has organically done some amazing things over the years. I would hate for anyone to try and scam. But I do like hambones idea of down voting them to oblivion.
