20 questions I have to answer correctly after a 2 hour course. I can only miss 2.

Here are a few sample questions. Let's see how LGBTQ+ friendly the OT is.

1. Which type of therapy has been shown effective for LGBTQ+ populations in increasing belonging, hope, resilience, empowerment, and self-efficacy?

Choices: Group therapy, positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, imago therapy

2. There is a high rate of intimate partner violence (IPV)

Choices - in all LGBTQLMNOP + populations, among lesbians, among transgender adults, among LGBTQ+ families

3. Which treatment model used with marginalized populations is the MOST effective for addressing self-stigma and shame?

Choices - Acceptance and commitment therapy, screening, group therapy, conversion therapy

4. Affirmative practice with LGBTQ+ populations assumes that:

Choices - you should affirm that behavioral health results of being LGBTQ+, LGBTQ+ clients need more affirmations to use on a daily basis in order to improve self-esteem, Non-Binary clients are not recognized as part of the LGBTQ+ community so they need more affirming, Same-sex attraction, bisexuality, gender variance and transgender identities are variations of normal development

5. What term is now being used by the World Health Organization and in the ICD-11 for having a different gender identity than the gender assigned at birth?

Choices - Gender identity disorder, Gender variance, Gender incongruence, Gender dysphoria

And yes, my company's top executives used gender pronouns in their e-mail signature. It's so swell.

So far, I have failed 3 times I have taken the test. 2 scores at 70 %, and one at 65 %. I have unlimited times to take the test to score an 80 % or above.

Relating to queers is very difficult.

In the DSM-5 it's gender dysphoria.

You should tell them that you're offended that they would limit your answers to binary choices (which is a hallmark of white cis-heteronormative patriarchal societies)

Those are the kind of bullshiat things I usually have conflicting family emergencies to deal with...

In our next session, we are going to break out for role play about how to work better with our under represented teammates.

Oh, shiat, my kid caught that thing going around. Violent diarrhea. Wife had it yesterday, I guess it's going around. Gotta run. Enjoy your...project.

Is it legal to fire someone for failing a diversity quiz? We have that stuff but it gives you the answers you missed and you get like 10 chances after to get it correct.

Seems like some alphabets need an inequitable amount of attention and affirmations.

I refuse to do those pronouns.

Don't give a damn what someone pretends to be, just don't put that shite in me. Tolerance goes both ways
