They don't beat themselves. When building a culture, that's a good place to start.

Napier will easily outlast Jimbo and Drink.

If drink can get to 4-4 or better in the SEC this year, I think Drink has decent long term viability.

I think it comes down to that...
you have to look at expectations where everyone is at.

If Mizzou can go 4-4 in conference, people are satisfied and he's going to be left alone.

Florida- they fired Mullen a year after winning the East; they played Bama close in the SEC title game, then played them close at home the following year. Still hit the Eject button when things were a struggle, so I don't think Napier is going to get much time.

A&M- I think they're already sick of Jimbo, but the buyout has him safe for a couple more seasons; but they might try to make it miserable on him to force him out.

Why do you put random periods in multiple post? Also, two of your last three post are incoherent.

If he goes 3-5 in SEC, he will be left alone too! You really think we will fire someone who hasn't had his players all on the field at the same time? He is making progress on offense. He isn't going anywhere.

If Mizzou doesn’t want Drink, we’ll gladly take him back at App State!

How many times was this said about Les Miles?

Part of what makes them good coaches is their stubborn determination. It can also be their downfall. Les REFUSED to adjust his offensive approach even though everyone in college football knew it was the issue. Hell, he was literally carried off the field in his "final game" because he refused to change his approach, only to remain as HC, not change the approach that almost got him fired, leading to him being fired 4 games into the next season.

Jimbo doesn't believe HE is the problem. It's injuries, or youth, or he just hasn't found the all world QB yet who can have championship success in his "system" that, to date, only one guy has had great success in (Winston)

. I’ll give you 85M reasons why this won’t happen.
