Sure and he makes millions doing it. You do it for free on a message board. You really ought to look into monetizing it.

McAfee then revealed that his show has paid more than $4 million for the rights to air NFL highlights.

This is the NFL being clowns. Don’t overthink it.

McAfee is funny in small doses. Could not listen to a whole show from him though.

and also fined Peyton Manning when he wore black high-top shoes in honor of Unitas. They barely acknowledge their history pre-1966. shite league.

Pat McAfee becoming too popular for their liking. But if he paid for certain rights then he better look at a lawsuit.

That gameday gig he slid into will be no more if he picks a fight with the NFL. The NFL will make sure ESPN cuts him loose quickly.

This. I barely even watch the Saints anymore, and there was a time not so long ago when it would take a major life event to make me miss a game. Don’t even really miss the level of engagement that I once had with the league.
Same here. Would never miss a game. Could'nt care less these days.

Aw, poor baby.
He needs the NFL way more than the NFL needs him. He’s 35. Time to put on a real shirt and grow up.

Between the money he made pro, endorsements he’s already gotten paid from, and WWE I think Pat will be just fine. As far as the show and sponsor money- like this thread has established Pat has a specific audience, he could gear his show towards talking about something else and a large portion would still tune in and watch/listen. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice to be able to do business with and reap the benefits from the biggest body in the most popular sport in America, but Pat doesn’t NEED the NFL either, it’s a simply a nice chunk of lagniappe to have.
