HELP! How do I replace damaged tickets
Posted on 10/21/22 at 8:19 pm

I’ve been a season ticket holder 30+ years and for the first time, screwed up and need to replace my tickets for Ole Miss. (got washed)
I went on the website and see how to transfer the tix, but nothing about replacing them.
Do I just use that feature and transfer them to myself electronically?
Is there a better way?
I know I’m an idiot, so bring on the smartass comments, but have mercy and HELP!

I know this a captain obvious response but I would try and call the ticket office.

Did you not receive a virtual copy of the tickets? No barcode or anything. Were they only mailed to you? If so, your best bet would be calling the ticket office.

You can reprint them

If you can transfer, then it sounds like you also have then electronically. Pull them up on your phone, scan them, walk in.

Transfer them electronically to yourself or to whoever it is that is going with you. Very easy.
Just make sure the phone with the tickets is sufficiently charged when you go to the stadium.

Go on the website and see if you can download them. If you can, do that. If you cannot but can transfer them to a mobile number, do that and you'll be able to download them on that mobile phone.

You can get them to reprint them.

I forgot my baseball season tickets once. Didn't realize it until I got to the game. I walked up to the stadium ticket window, showed my I.D., gave them my LSU account number and they reprinted them with no hassles. Should be able to do the same for football.

Thanks…. That was my thought as well. I tried it and it gives a error message “you cannot transfer tickets to your own account…”
They were printed tickets (obviously) so there is no place to download them and I couldn’t find anywhere on the site to do anything other than transfer to a different season ticket holder or sell on stub hub….
I hate to have to have to get there early and figure out how to reprint, but I guess that’s going to be the best bet…

We also have tickets printed. Like someone said you can go to your account page and download to your mobile wallet.

Log on to your account on lsutickets.net
Go to “My Tickets”. You can download a copy of your ticket(s) directly to the wallet on your phone. It will have a QR code on each ticket.

Go to lsu season tickets login
Login ( taf etc required)
Then upper top right hand corner you see three bars
Hit the three bars for drop down menu
Hit my account
Then you see upcoming events
Click game
It will show your tickets
Add them to Apple wallet ( will have to click a few times in Apple wallet)
I have hard copy because I keep the book for souvenirs… but I use a screenshot of the electronic as above to actually go into the gate.. once in Apple wallet screenshot and send image to others … we use photos on our iPhones from the Apple wallet ticket with no problems.

If you dont print out at home, LSU ticket office in bldg next to stadium will print them out for you. I think it’s $20.
Easy. don't sweat it.

I felt horrible reading that klondike. That feeling of helplessness is the worst. Glad the tech savvy TDers had an easy workaround for you.
But damn it this response made me laugh way too hard

How could you let this happen?
Posted on 10/21/22 at 11:20 pm to Klondikekajun
The ticket office is open on game days and you can go there for them to print new ones I believe.
If not I’m sure there’s an email they can send you.
Also, try logging into your account at lsutix.net and you can download them to your phone’s e-wallet. I do that for every game just in case we damage/lose/forget ours.

Anyone can create an account for lsutix. Doesn't have to be a season ticket holder or any affiliation to LSU. You can create another account with a family members email or another one of your own(work or something). It's very simple.
That's how you're able to transfer tickets to anyone else. They just have to create an LSUTix account. Takes 2 minutes.

The ticket office in the athletic administration building is in the stadium parking lot. Go there early and they will take care of it.
