I caught the first two episodes today. Definitely not what I was expecting and this looks really good. The premise, I won’t spoil it, is pretty out there, but there was some great drama in the first two episodes.

ETA: adding that it’s on Amazon Prime

Why do posters still not understand to say what channel we can watch it on?

Amazon.. first two episodes are solid. They need a win after their last premiere.

Really liked the first episode.

Like the plot

I couldn't stand the fake the Appalachian accents though. They could've done without that in another rural part of the country.

Will come back later for final thoughts but i am very intrigued through 1 episode.

Not sure if my history as a gamer has anything to do with it.

Yeah I don’t care for that much but I just ignore it

Looks good. Hoping the amputee eventually gets a headset and gets to enjoy having limbs again.

As a combat vet and gamer this show is right up my alley so far.

Yes, I have seen it, best of all the newer shows.

It has drawbacks, but unlike the new Lord Of The Rings, casting has been well done and unlike the new Game of Thrones, it does not have a weak blot line.

I ranked it number 1 of the new shows.

You must be fun at parties....

This show looks pretty cool, I have to suspend belief even for science fiction because of the time travel data thing. That would mean the future is CONSTANTLY changing by the actions from the future and therefore couldn't accurately predict the past. I guess if there is a character that can see these changes in real-time, then all good.

Watched the first two and will probably watch the rest. It kind of fits into what I like, kinda does not.

For reference, I like Westworld/Leftovers/Severance/Interstellar/Ex Machina/Tenet type stuff, but I'm probably not into most sci-fi/fantasy/"gaming" (to the extent that's a genre). I don't really know what you call that - but I do think these type of shows/movies bridge the gap between people who like science fiction/comics/fantasy and those of us who don't.

Anyway, it's a little less dark and brooding than something like Westworld, but it's interesting enough. It's like a PG version of Banshee meets Westworld.

Enjoying it. Like the Black Mirror aspect. Glad they didn’t overestimate the differences 10 years in the future will have. Assuming the really advanced VR capabilities came from further down the road. Like the Avatar aspect as well. The time influencing stuff I could do without but hoping it will be minimal.

They were sent to the 3d shop with technology instructions from the future. So yeah, they basically just sent back the information to create it and it has technology in it that comes much later than the 2030s but sometimes after (probably closer to 2100)

Interesting how all the plot “holes” referenced ITT were resolved in later episodes.
