Word on the street is that there is chatter of Russia preparing mig 31 air launched tactical nuclear missiles. Part of that prep is a high air burst attack over Kiev to cause a localized weak EMP and scare Ukrainian leadership without causing direct deaths to trigger an international response.

I’m firmly in the “not my problem” camp….but I very much draw the line at nukes. frick them if they are even considering this.
