I’m sick of “we need to coach better”

This coach is paid a large fortune and his staff a fortune. If you can’t start coaching better then they all need to give their paychecks back until they do their jobs.

Isn't that why we hired Kelly? Say what you want, but Kelly and his staff coached today extremely conservatively and close to the vest in an attempt to keep the score as respectable as possible. Basically, he didn't want a 63-7 boxscore.

Well, he did pay LSU to open a new center for athlete recovery and donated to that at LSU. That's a start!

It’s really not the coaching that’s the issue. The game plans have been pretty good week in and week out. It comes down to a lack of execution on the players end. When he took the job at LSU, didn’t he have something like 39 scholarship players on the roster?? Kelly and his staff can’t go out there and field kickoffs or catch slant and post routes. Pull your head out of your arse.

Yep it’s dumb to keep saying that as if it means anything. The thing, he says that but then says “this is the team we have”, which is transparently saying the players aren’t good enough.

He's not going to call out specific coaches, but you saw how horrible the offensive line is currently. That's where everything begins. Defensively, we need man-to-man corners and safeties that can also play in man coverage.
