I could use alittle help from the Outdoor Boards track experts.
This was a track in a series of tracks right near my stand at the edge of a clearcut. I found 20 or so tracks like this, with this being the best one for a pic. The track has five toes, one is barley visible but it was there. The tracks are bipedal with about a 2.5' stride . Size comparison, that is a size 13 boot. So the track is probably 8" in length. To me it doesn't look like any common track I can think of and it's kinda creepy. We are pretty isolated so you can almost rule out a barefoot kid. Maybe it's an obvious animal I'm just not thinking of but I'm stumped and I don't really want to jump to an crazy ideas. What do you guys think? This isn't bullshite either my brother took the pic this evening.

Coon tracks were all around there, none looked like that. And if it was, Jesus that would be a big damn coon.

If you’re saying it’s 8in and your size 13in boot side by side is real. Then I’m gonna say I have never seen anything like it and you must have found big foots kid.
I’m 46 yrs old have spent 60-90 days in the woods my whole life and have never seen a track that large . If your not trolling make sure you stay strapped so you don’t get clapped!!!

Not trolling, dead serious, and yeah I didn't want to go into that thought territory but it sure does make you think.

Looks like an area that used to hold water, so possibly some slipping making it look bigger. Big arse coon or rear rabbit foot?

I saw no signs of any other paws touching the ground throughout the fairly lengthy track. All tracks looked just like this one.

I believe you. The closest I have found is a beaver's rear foot but lacked imprints of webbing. I did see some beaver tracks where the webbing was not visible though. With no front paws seen, that is still a mystery.

I'm gonna need to see a tape measure beside it to believe it's anywhere near 8" long. Judging from your boot in the picture it looks closer to around 4.5" to my eye.

Rouxgarou for sure. It’s your fault he’s there. Quit pouring out corn and hunt like a real man.

Plaster cast and trail cam and more pics in daylight.
The toes look kind of spread out, not in line with the foot. Sonic the Hedghog or a very, very lonely porcupine.
