Does anyone remember if Donna Douglas had a house near Joor Rd? My mom use to say some house off in the woods was Elle May Clampette's home.

It was near the Kringlewood Christmas tree farm on Deerford close to the river.

Her brother used to live near the airport in Brownfields. Her house was on Old Perkins, and now belongs to some church, I believe.

That house was foreclosed on by Mr. Drysdale years ago.

Yep. Her son is on Deerford and I think he moved her close to him. This was a Victorian style home either off Prescott and Joor or Greenwell St and Joor.

Yeah I went to CP too. Left after 10th grade but started in kindergarten. I know she was living over off of Deerford in the 80s because we used to go over there occasionally.

I went to a school graduation ceremony several years ago and she sat in front of me. From what I remember, her hairstyle was pretty much the same as it was on the BH show but at least her clothes were contemporary.

I ran into her in the Shreveport airport when I was a kid in the 80's. She seemed like a nice lady. She gave me and my brothers a big hug.

I've had her a few flights, she was always very friendly, her son is a pilot for us (or maybe was, he may have retired)
