Everything the left does not agree with is evil when they themselves are vile, evil people.

Any article that mentions the term "Christian Nationalists" as the enemy is going to be biased.

And here is the description of the author of this article.

Brynn Tannehill is a Naval Academy graduate, former naval aviator, author, and senior defense analyst. She currently lives in Northern Virginia with her wife and three children.

Yes yes. It's not wokeness that is evil. It's christianity. Christianity is a root of authoritarianism.

Yeah. Whoever wrote it is a bumbling idiot! If Christianity is becoming “a tool of theocratic authoritarianism,” it’s because of the leftist attack on Christian morals/values for the past 60 years.

A left winger accusing anything of being authoritarian is a textbook example of projection

Her philosophy/theology is based on cultural Marxism.

Classic western philosophy/theology is based on Judeo-Christian thoughts and beliefs.

In a sense, she right to recognize the battle lines. However, she’s wrong about which side is tyrannical and authoritarian.

Interesting article. Thoughts?

Here are some of her other scribblings:
American Fascism: How the GOP is Subverting Democracy
White Evangelicals Are Why America Can’t Have Nice Things
We Must Protect Our History From White Supremacists
Religion Is Never An Acceptable Excuse For Verbally Abusing Children

My thoughts are that she's such a stereotype that she's almost a caricature. All that's missing is for her to be actually living in the DC socialist elite bubble where she could rub elbows with more of her fourth-wave feminist ilk as they collectively bash anything not progressively left.

I can probably sum up her article without even reading it: GOP/Conservatives/Christians/Wypipo are bad people who have bad ideas and their goal is to turn the country into Nazi Germany or the society from the Handmaid's Tale.

The left is Jesusphobic! They would not recognize the truth if it was announced by thunder then struck them like lightning.

What’s so funny? Or do you not recognize the origin of western culture’s belief in the sanctity of the individual? The very idea of human rights is founded in Judeo-Christian thought, augmented by Greek philosophy which was resurrected during the enlightenment.

I think the term/concept is funny. It was rarely used before the early 20th century, but yet it’s supposedly the foundation of western civilization.

I got through the title and will definitely go read what promises to be utter drivel asap. Thanks for posting, altbot no. 435833v.3c

eta: i couldn't help myself and just wasted seconds of my life speed reading that garbage. They wonder why we're divided.

I feel like I should not have to write this, but having conservative religions joined at the hip with an authoritarian single-party state can only end badly. There are two awful examples literally in the headlines today.
