Got my suppressed barrel approval Monday. Only took 13.5 months

Unfortunately I’m going to win this thread. After 18 months mine was denied because of missing information in my background check. So now I have to wait for a letter from the FBI to see what they need, get it figured out and then file again. So I’ll have a 3+ year wait.

Did they deny you or just send you a letter saying there was missing information? At 13 months they send me a email saying the serial number was incorrect. It was marked as a 0 when it should have been a O. They corrected the information and I did a docusign as well as my dealer. I kept my spot in line and had the stamp the next month.

Oh no they denied it. I called them weekly to check on the status and was expecting an “approved” but instead the guy said “we denied it”. 18 months later. They could’ve figured that out sooner than a year and a half.

Maybe but not because it’s your second one. It is just as likely to take longer.
I have 6 suppressors but I’m currently waiting for another suppressor.

Same here. E form through silencer shop . Have a buddy who is a couple weeks before me with his and his has not been approved either. bullshite
Also I have 2 sbr 1 suppressor already. Would think that would shorten the process

I have one that I ordered before the new EForm4s were released. The days I’ve been waiting totals about 350.

At least 7 months is about twice as fast as the old paper Form 4.
