I’m in White Oak area, power flickered for a while now out, how far has this spread?

I'm out near Central, we have power

There ARE a lot of power trucks, looks like they are replacing polls and lines. Has been going on about 2 weeks.
About a week ago, a large area around me lost power for about 30 minutes max. I think it was related to changing out the bigger lines nearby.

Also repaved the streets in my neighborhood last week.

It's probably just maintenance like that, stuff that has been needed since, hell, Katrina and Rita most likely.
