Please continue to vote everyday for Haleigh Bryant. She is ahead but not by far. Our fan base could make a difference with the votes cast for this outstanding gymnast. Spread the word!!

Can we vote more than once? I voted, but now when I go back to the link it says my vote has already been counted.

Bars- schoenherr, Jeffrey, Cowan/Dunne, Johnson, Bryant, finnegan (just for the love of good let Aleah do clear hip to double tuck for a dismount) leave schennikova solely for depth here unless you figure out the dismount (as I have said before I hate that for her, but her scores have no business being in next year’s lineup)

I’m pretty much over Dunne. She has either been sick, hurt, or underwhelming when she does compete. I’d rather see underclassmen get more experience. Whether it’s Cowan, who’s proven, or someone else, I think we’re better without Dunne in the lineup.

Exciting times. I can’t wait to see them perform. It’s nice to have lineups that are going to challenge the Sooners and other perennials

It’s so hard to speculate these lineups. I do know based of Jay’s history I would not expect Konnor to be in more than one or two events . His goal is to get her healthy which has been a worry for her in elite. She hasn’t competed since 2022 Nationals. My question about the rest of the team is the freshman like Coen and Drayton. Annie Beard and Bryce Wilson contributed very little but has potential. The injury status of KJ, Kai, and Kiya.

Plus this past team and the ladies that stepped up can’t go un notice. Jeffrey, Tatum, Brock, Erenas, Cowan, Bryce all gained so much. If I had to make a lineup prediction for nationals In April vault Kj, Aleah, Chase, Jillian, Kiya, Haleigh. Bars Jeffrey, Tatum, Finnegan, Kiya, Savannah, Haleigh Beam Jeffrey/Savannah, Annie, Konnor, Kiya, Haleigh, Aleah Floor Sierra, Kj, Konnor, Kiya, Aleah, Haleigh Very tough to make lineups but healthy for the culture. These gymnast want to be at LSU and it’s great to have the options . Hopefully everyone is positive in or out the lineups .

This is a nice article from ESPN on Konnor's decision to come early to LSU.

Re:Injury status of KJ, Kiya, and Kai

I think it is extraordinarily unlikely that Kai ever competes as a tiger again, which is not to take away from her leadership on the team.

KJ, I think will have been able to be fully healed, so I am not concerned there. I also think they have had good luck with achilles repairs (see eg McKenna), so hopefully they have a good plan there for Kiya (e.g., holding her on floor til midseason)

I also forgot Cammy Hall in these lineups - so another 1.5 there and her floor. I expect she would see some competition time at some point.

Man - Jay is scarred from last season and was like I will never have as little depth as I had last year. He just said everyone come on, lol.

I don't have a good sense of how the freshmen fit in, as I understand Coen hasn't consistently competed in several years and i am not familiar with the others.

I also was remiss in not putting Jeffrey in my beam line up - I think if they can get rid of the standing tuck for her and that deep landing, she is a better option than Bryce - though Bryce is still a good option.

Coen remains the biggest mystery to me. She was as good as any L10 out there but the lack of competition in over 1.5 years bothers me. I have flash backs to some of our recent recruits who have come in behind the ball because of these injuries. Coen is crazy talented and her bars, if they can get it back to where she was when she was competing would be big for this team down the road at some point. But we will have to wait and see how she looks this fall.

Amari has been training for well over a year, she looks great in the gym over the last 6 months from the videos I've seen. With good routine construction she will be very good for LSU. I just question how much she will compete year one with the depth LSU has

Konnor is a lock to be competing year one, just way too talented. She may be eased into it year one given her history of injuries but she will no doubt be in the beam lineup every single week and if Jay constructs good bars for her she could help boost things a bit more here (along with schoenherr)

LSU is in a great situation, talent and depth wise this is the best it has been since that 2017/2018 teams. But there are going to have to be some tough decisions to be made, there will be many routines in lineups last year that will likely end up getting bumped out for better routines if we actually put the best routines out there...

It seems she’s had the chance to repair her shoulder injuries over the summers (this summer and last year) and has chosen to enjoy her summers instead. Completely her choice but can’t help but wonder if NIL weren’t around if her decision would be the same.

What do you believe she is not doing to rehab her injuries? Just because she is featured in social media does not mean she doesn't spend the required time to improve her health. Unless you actually know something to be fact best not to make these comments.

Does Zoe miller still have time to defer a year? I saw where she did really well yesterday at competition, especially on bars. If she has a chance to go to Paris, and with all the girls this year, I wonder if she considers deferring.

Okay. I just saw earlier post that listed her. That’s probably good for her and lsu.

ETA: I just saw her listed on roster for 24 on college gym news.

She said on one of her livestreams that she chose not to get surgery last year because it would have interfered with "the hot girl summer" whatever that means. I'll see if I can find a replay on YouTube.

That was a good read. Sounds like she needs some college life so she doesn't completely burn out from the sport in general.

Curious if she will do like Suni did though and back out towards the end of the year and focus on elite. That can throw the team chemistry off. It seemed to do that with Auburn.
