I think, based off the special teams mishaps Brian should have just gone for it. Special teams had issues all game! What do you say Rant?? What would you have done and why?

absolutely go for 2. We just ripped their hearts out with a 99 yard drive when they had the game won.

End it right there.

No. You had all the momentum & your defense just got a breather after a huge stop. You play for overtime

Yes I was saying that the entire drive in the event we scored. We were lucky af and had no business being in that position so nothing to lose by trying to win it then and there. Had all the momentum and confidence in the world to get it in from 3 yards. OT comes down to a 2 PT battle now anyways so frick it.

Looking at how the o line had struggled? Yep.

Misdirection and let the QB run to the pylon.

Yeah. FSU backs were against the ropes and we had all the momentum.

We were getting 2 yards or whatever easy there

We had the momentum and had them rocked back on their heels. We had a better chance of making a 2 point conversion than kicking the extra point.

At the time, no. We had all the momentum going into OT. I am so spoiled by our past kicking game I didn't even think it was possible we would miss.

Now I would say yes. We had the FSU defense on its heals and JD had just led a fantastic drive. FSU defense was wore out and I feel confident we could have scored.

We can really build on that last quarter of the game

Gone for 2 Special teams was a problem all night. We hadn’t come up with a whole bunch of stops the entire night. I would have rolled JD out for a run pass option and tried to steal the game. Glad I am not making millions that is a tuff decision to make either way. Hindsight is 20/20.

I would have gone for 2.

It’s debatable among coaches and fans but Kelly should have gone for 2. We had that defense guessing. On the TD play, we had two options open…their defense was guessing.

Take a shot! Pull off another Tiger win in a crazy fashion!

I was thinking same type of play we ran on 4th down earlier in the drive. Motion a guy over and have him run to the pylon and Daniels roll out with the option to throw or run it. They weren’t going to stop that after that drive

If I would've had the knowledge that we didn't fully correct what lead to the first blocked kick, absolutely.

If I was certain that we knew who to block on a simple fricking extra point, absolutely not.

Ordinarily no way...

Driving 99 yards and scoring with no time left??

Yep.

In a rhythm... end the game..
