San Giorgio double barrel .410 made in Italy, hand engraved with our family initials engraved in the buttstock. Beautiful collector gun. Great rabbit gun. My father gave it to me when I was 16. I really had no use for it so I traded it for a Nighthawk Custom 45acp.
Biggest mistake not only in my gun decisions but in life. I would give up all of my 200 plus guns to get it back. I am 56 yrs old and to date it was the worst thing I think I have done. Young people....especially me... are stupid.

Unless I'm in dire straits...I'll never sell a gun. I've been lucky so far...I hope I never have to do that and if I do...the first gun and every one after that I would regret selling. I was raised that you just don't do that unless times are just that hard.
For everyone else...my condolences on your loss. I know it was probably like losing an arm or something. I hope I never have to do that.

Meh. I've let guns go that weren't right for me, or if I was trading up, or whatever. I just shot that PPK so well. I can't imagine selling a gun that I shoot well ever again.

The only one was a 70s Colt Python. Sold it for my in-laws. Wasnt even mine. I just didnt have the cash to buy it from them.
I didnt have a custom Remington 700 in 308 that was nice. I have better rifles now, but it was a good gun.

Ah, its not hard. I had a Super Blackhawk that just would not group. Sandbagged, custom loads, factory loads, no good. Sold it at top dollar to a western liking guy.

I don't regret selling either, S&W 4" .357 magnum that hurt my ears even with plugs in and a Tarus Raging Bull in .454 Casull that would feel like it was breaking your wrist with every shot. Glad those bastards are gone

I can’t remember them all, but all of em’, for sure.

Hard to pick one.
Either S&W 29-2 6.5” “Dirty Harry”. It was beautiful.
Or MAK-90 unfired in original packaging.

Savage 110 30-06. Sold it when I though I needed a bigger gun. Regretted it for many years.

There are two I regret
1980 Glenfield lever action 30-30 my father gave me
1978 Remington 1100 12 Ga my father gave me.
Dumb moves as a young man. Don’t even remember for what.
