True and they kept out YES even longer. They don’t like heavy or progressive music. But, the times they are a changing and some are getting their deserved dues.
As far as Supertramp, I don’t think they are that great and just didn’t have a huge impact on music. You can push for them getting in without shitting on the Go Go’s though.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a total joke. I would take a wild guess and say that over half of the inductees are artists that does not even preform rock music.

Supertramp was a continuation of the current sound. Gos Gos were part of the new wave that was anew thing in pop music at that time. I don't care for either band but the Go Go's were more original.

Add the Oscars and the Emmys and anything MTV, the Simon Cowell shite, top chef and any other mainstream awards. It's all BS but it tells people who they should admire.

Yeah they shite the bed now and then at the Hall. The Cars weren’t inducted until 2018. It’s an outrage, and I’ll be speaking with their supervisors.
