I wanted something quick after a workout. I had on ear of corn in the fridge and nuked it in the microwave. Slathered on a little Duke's mayo and covered in in Tajin.
My God it was magical. 10/10

I make a great bowl of potato salad and prefer it to be creamy as opposed to that lumpy crap with tasteless chunks of potatoes.
I just had a potato salad sandwich using 2 pieces of Dave's Killer Bread toasted. Hit the spot and the stomach is no longer nipping at my backbone.

There was a nutty buddy bar in the snack pile where I donated blood last week. I took care of it. I never eat snacks like that anymore, but it was great.

I had a payday bar for the first time in years yesterday and it was delightful. Don't know why I even grabbed it, but glad I did.
I've also been on a kick of mixing dark chocolate covered almonds with dried cranberries about once a week.
Clearly my snacky snacks are responses to my occasional sweet tooth.

After decades of hating chocolate-covered raisins, I received a bag of dark chocolate Raisinets in a grocery delivery by mistake. Ate them because they were free, but now my 13 year old and I are totally addicted. But ONLY dark chocolate.
