No chance could a movie like that be made today. One of the all time great comedies. Would be cancelled immediately in today's clown world.

This is why I'm sad that Ed Orgeron is no longer the coach at LSU. I liked to poke at the LSU fanbase and tell them that I got video of Ed Orgeron talking to his team and then link that scene from the movie.

Mel Brooks has said that he could never make this movie in today's world. Sad. It's a classic & no one complained back then. And it took shots at everyone. Beyond the sheriff's "description", who would be more offended today?
